Responsibilities :

Execute inventory control measures & stock management system

Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.

The role carries responsibility for working with goods inwards and dispatch to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly

Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.

Prepare daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies are addressed and resolved.

Job description

• Work with inbound quality control and content team in preparing the product upload excel sheets to launch new and repeat products on crunchyfashion.com websites.
• Coordinate with inbound team in inventory book keeping and managing accepted/rejected
• Coordinate with packaging team in appropriate packing of products and final book keeping of inventory
• Coordinate with vendors in communicating product acceptance/rejections
• Coordinate with merchandising team in receiving the products and hand over of rejected products
• Coordinate with warehouse team in hand over of accepted products
• Handle jewellery and accessory products with care and record quality related issues during inbound process

Requirements
